Debra R Johnson - Broker

Debra Johnson - Broker of D.R. Johnson Realty is originally from Kentucky and is the youngest of seven siblings. Debra has lived in the Dade City/Zephyrhills area since 1973. She graduated from Pasco High School in Dade City, Pasco County in 1978. She was a graduate of Pasco-Hernando State College with her degree in Business Administration. Debra is the mother of two (2) twin sons.  She was a single mother of twin sons from their birth until they were 15 years old. She now has three grandchildren; Two grandsons and one granddaughter. 

Debra has been in the real estate business since February 2019 and became a Broker in 2021 creating D.R. Johnson Realty, LLC.. Debra works in the single family home, farm, vacant land, manufactured home  and 55+ communities markets.

Debra has extensive customer service skills both personally and professionally. Her previous experience includes working as a substitute teacher for over 25 years with Pasco District School Board.  In 1993 she passed her state exam to become a life, health and annuity insurance agent.  In 1995 she passed her state exam to add property and casualty lines to her profile.  Debra worked for First Union National Bank as a Executive Secretary to the City Executive in Zephyrhills in the 1980's.  In 2011 she passed her state exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Debra worked as a CNA  for two years; One year was in a nursing home and the second year was with hospice. In 2016 she joined Mary Kay Cosmetics and became a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. While selling Mary Kay products, Debra sold over $20,000 of wholesale product making her the Princess Court of Sales in her unit. 

Debra has excellent communication skills and  will keep you informed throughout the transaction. She works closely with different lenders, title companies, inspectors, and more. When it comes to selling your home or helping buyers (first time home buyers too) find their dream home, you will not be dissatisfied with her knowledge, skills and customer service.
