Debra sold our house for us recently in Brooksville. She truly meant it when she said, “That she is not in it for the money.” She could have moved on to the next buyer as times were arduous when dealing with external parties at all levels. She is VERY Tenacious to getting a contract to closing. She is extremely knowledgeable on the proper paperwork and suspenses, she places her clients first before her own needs and wants, spends endless hours researching and following up with the client, broker, the other realtors, lenders, law firms, and the list goes on and on. She ensured all repairs were completed on time by a reputable contractor(s) to prevent complications later in the process. She assisted with all aspects of our sale to ensure the buyers were pleased with the repairs as we did not live locally. I would highly recommend without hesitation Debra to anyone that is looking to buy or sale a home or property. We will use Debra again in the future to research locations, market values, to find other realtors to assist the safest areas and etc. when we purchase our new home. Look for her on the web, Facebook, LinkedIn, or wherever you can find her. I PROMISE you, you WILL NOT regret it. I’d even suggest that you ask the buyers their perspective and I’m sure they would definitely recommend her as well as your realtor. They too witnessed how she made the transaction come together not only for me, but them as well. You cannot go wrong with Debra as your realtor and as a future friend.

I was amazed and truly grateful to have met and worked with my Realtor, Debra Johnson. She took care of everything in a timely manner no matter when I called or what I asked her help with, always with a pleasant tone and attitude, making the whole experience of searching for a home a more pleasant experience. Her patience and kindness not to mention thoughtfulness was truly amazing! While my home was under contract she met with the inspectors on my behalf, always quick to help with any challenge or request when I couldn’t personally be there. I am ever so grateful for being lucky enough to have found her.

Debra is a phenomenal realtor! Very knowledgeable in her stats, and how to handle the transaction. Extremely professional...and has a wonderful sense of humor! Deb ALWAYS was quick to respond any questions we had...and was always timely getting information out to seller and back to us. She Always Kept Me Informed

She always kept me informed on everything that was happening on my house. She cares for selling your house but also she cares of you as a person and called to just say hello.

Mrs. Debra is so much more than an agent, she is a friend, this woman helped me to buy my first house at 20 years old by myself. she answered every question I had and was always available for me. Very patient and great at her job. I will always recommend her.
